Amy S. Newman

 

Amy S. Newman has been helping families for thirty years since graduating from George Washington University and Delaware Law School. Amy concentrates her practice in divorce, custody, support, equitable distribution, protection from abuse, adoption and pre-nuptial agreements. Recognizing that most clients prefer to resolve rather than litigate their differences, Ms. Newman engages in active negotiations and uses her expertise to arrive at resolutions tailored to each individual case and to achieve the client's goals.  She is a zealous advocate for her clients and is able to resolve the great majority of her cases. When parties are unable to reach a resolution her thirty years of experience and aggressive representation provide the best outcomes for her clients.

Ms. Newman is married to her husband of thirty years and is the mother of two grown children.
